- We do not take any payment until you arrive.
However we do need full credit card details on file
to finalise a booking (including the credit card
security number or CCV number). When you arrive you
can choose to pay by another method.

- Accounts with us may be settled with cash,
travellers cheques or credit cards - all major cards
are accepted.

- Transfers between Cairns Airport and Freestyle,
Port Douglas, including meeting at Airport arrivals
are available.

- Room check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time
is 10.00 am.
- Early check in or late check out may
be available by prior arrangement. Please advise
arrival time when you book.
- Guests are most
welcome to use Freestyle's facilities, including
showers and luggage storage.

- Let us stock your food and beverage
requirements. We can do this for you on a daily
basis and help to free up your time for the
